Just like us, Best Day Ever Venues are family run, they are passionate and want to ensure you have a magical experience! All of their wedding venues create an unforgettable setting in incredible locations and never fail to inspire us as florists.

We’ve supplied florals for Best Day Ever Venues since their very first venue opened in 2007.

All of the venues are exclusively yours for the entire day!

From 11am onwards the only people onsite on your wedding day, are there by your personal invitation. This means you’ll be the sole focus of the venues dedicated wedding team and they will be on hand throughout the day just for you!

On your wedding morning our Wedding Florists will personally deliver, arrange, and set up all of your finished florals and décor. We will coordinate with any other suppliers on the day as required and ensure that everything is arranged exactly the way you dreamed it would be.

We will then hand deliver your bouquet to you as you get ready, wishing you love and luck as you start this exciting next chapter of your life.

Each venue offers you the opportunity to supply all your own daytime drinks and they will not apply any corkage or service fees!

They will supply experienced staff to prepare and serve your drinks, glassware and ice, all at no additional cost.

If you’re having a ‘Drinks Station/Bar’ during your Drinks Reception, let us know! We’ll have a chat about any additional floral décor you might require.

From your very first communication with the venue, to the setup in morning, right through to the end of your wedding day, your dedicated Event Manager will coordinate everything for you and will be on hand to answer any wedding planning questions and give valuable advice.

Whilst we’re setting up all of your beautiful florals and décor we’ll work alongside your Wedding Day Events Manager to ensure we incorporate any decorative items you’ve provide (guest name tags, favours and any other personal items etc.) We will also provide your Events Manager with a list of items to be utilised and locations for repurposing – we’re all for utilising and each venue lends itself perfectly for this!!

Many of the venues offer luxurious onsite accommodation …. A bonus if you want to enjoy a night cap and reflect on your wedding day! You can also look forward to a delicious breakfast the following morning!

Your beautiful wedding flowers are yours to keep and enjoy with your loved ones! If you have used any of our vases, vessels, hired items, they will need returning to us within 3 working days (Unless agreed otherwise)

We do offer a collection service for the following day; we will arrive early at the venue to collect all hired items - We like to think this gives you one less thing to think about! (Talk to our Wedding Florists about this option and travel fees)

The Ashes Barns, Pendrell Hall and Hanbury Barn are all licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. As we all know, the Great British Weather is unpredictable, so if you’re planning an outdoor ceremony, rest assured each venue has a backup plan in place.

Whether you chose an indoor or outdoor ceremony, we know you’ll be blown away by your venue’s location and surroundings! Each venue is completely unique, full of character and charm.

We often already know how many rows of chairs you’ll need, how many windows there are, where each hook and nook are located and popular locations for your floral touches to enhance your ceremony space.

The venue has incredible caterers, who will design bespoke menus for you and your guests! Every couple gets access to hundreds of wedding menu ideas, as well as a unique online wedding-food planner – we’re drooling already!!

Thinking of a Wedding Cake, Donut, Porkpie or Cheese Tower?! ….

We can provide fresh flowers and foliage to adorn your cake or tower of choice! Be sure to look at some décor inspiration images or ask your cake designer for an inspiration sketch and we’ll personally deliver your flowers to the venue on your wedding morning for the cake maker to place in
