We use the Personal Information that we collect from you to provide services to you. This includes, but is not limited to, information about dates and times of consultation appointments, providing quotes, any additional services and special offers available by The Topiary Tree Florist.
We use photographs to advertise designs and services.
We use photographs of individuals with their permission to inspire customers with a similar look/theme/design.
Upon request, The Topiary Tree Florist will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Information and, if that is the case, what Personal Information we hold.

Record Keeping and Retention
Records of Personal Information are kept on proprietary software and are protected by passwords.
Contractors providing administrative support to The Topiary Tree Florist need access to records that contain Personal Information. Access to records by Contractors is provided through the use of proprietary systems protected by encryption and passwords such as “dropbox”. Contractors are obliged to sign none disclosure agreements.
We will retain personal information for as long as is needed to provide the services and as is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
